Spiced bream

Ingredients:
- 4 bream fillets
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ras el hanout
- Pinch of salt
- ½ roast butternut squash
- For the slaw:
- 1 grated carrot
- ½ fennel bulb. Finely sliced
- ½ red cabbage, shredded
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- 1 tbsp mayo
- 1 tsp harissa paste
- Juice and zest of ½ orange
Method:
- Make your slaw by combining all ingredients in a large mixing bowl and stirring in the mayo, harissa and orange juice.
- For the fish heat oil in a frying pan and season the bream fillets with a sprinkle of spice before cooking.
- Start the fish skin-side down and then after 3-4 mins turn over and cook on the other side for 3 mins.
- Serve the fish on a bed of slaw with some roasted squash on the side.
