Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened, cook and consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of receipt and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Preparation and Usage
Preheat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry sardines on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Not Suitable for microwave cooking. Will contain bones.
