While its flesh is initially soft, it firms up beautifully during cooking, offering a delightful alternative to cod. Each pack includes two portions of skin-on hake and two butter portions, ensuring a quick and delicious meal. Simply pan-fry for 5-8 minutes and enjoy!

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5C. Once opened consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of receipt and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Preparation and Usage
Heat a pan with a little bit of oil. Place hake skin up in the pan. Place butter on top of each fillet portion and fry for 5-8 minutes until fish is cooked. Spoon over any melted butter to serve.
Not suitable for microwave cooking. May contain bones.
