Sourced directly from the abundant waters of Cornwall, these sardines are plentiful between late summer and winter, landed by our ring netters into Newlyn harbour. Perfect for grilling on the BBQ, each pack contains 200g of Mediterranean-inspired goodness.

Storage
Keep refrigerated below 5oC. Once opened, cook and consume within 24 hours. Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of receipt and use within one month. Do not refreeze once defrosted
Preparation and Usage
Preheat a pan with a drizzle of olive oil and fry sardines on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally. Not Suitable for microwave cooking. Will contain bones.
